Exoderm peeling
A strong desire
for facial rejuvenation, erasing of wrinkles and regaining young looks has
always been present, so in the 60s of the 20th century a deep phenol peel was
developed, but still, sufficient skin tension could not be achieved, and it was not applicable to all skin types.
Working hard to achieve the best possible results, Dr. Fintsi and his
assistants have succeeded to produce a formulation called Exoderm in 1986 in
Israel, which is a unique method for facial rejuvenation.
The Exoderm
deep peel (chemical peel) is a revolutionary technique: not
only that it cleans the skin from scars, pigmentations, wrinkles and
damages caused by the sun, but it also produces skin tension like a facelift
does, but without cuts and seams. This unique chemical solution applied to the
face removes the upper layer of complexion also stimulating and regrouping
collagen and elastin fibers, resulting in skin
tension.
The Exoderm peel is applied to following
conditions: premature aging of skin and skin damages caused by sun exposure,
wrinkles and bad skin conditions, bad skin quality after surgeries, lax skin.
The Exoderm peel removes the indicated
conditions in a safe, non-invasive way with long-lasting results and may be
applied for any skin type.
After being treated with the Exoderm
peel, a person looks some 15 years younger.
The pre-treatment includes a general
health condition assessment by means of blood and urine lab tests and an ECG.
The intervention is performed under local block anesthesia, after which a special
tape mask is applied to the face and the patient remains in a polyclinic ward.
On the second day, the tape mask is removed from the face, the face is cleaned
and a special powder applied which remains for the following 7 days. After this
period the patient visits for a follow up appointment.
The recovery after treatment lasts 8 –
10 days. During this time, the face is treated according to special
instructions, and if necessary the doctor is consulted.
After this period a normal make up with
the application of a SPF 50 sunscreen may be worn during the next 3 – 6 months.
